Twin Hills Iron is staffed by some talented individuals who together make a perfect team.
Joe works closely with Paul performing all service work. He graduated in 2006 from Field High School and graduated from Power Sports International in 2010 after successfully completing their motorcycle technician training program. Joe began working at Twin Hills Iron in the spring of 2011 and has been with us ever since. His attention to detail and eagerness to keep learning make him invaluable!
Krista handles all the “behind the scenes” accounting type duties and tends to work the third shift since day shift consists of chaufering kids and doing the “mom” thing. She has over 8 years of Harley-Davidson dealership management experience, and worked in administration for a Fortune 500 company prior to her Harley-Davidson days.
Paul is our fearless leader. He knows just about everything there is to know about Harley-Davidson motorcycles from the oldest to newest models. He can be found working in the shop with Joe, operating equipment in the machine shop, or helping customers at the parts counter. Sometimes he even gets to sit down at his desk and tackle paperwork. Paul has an extensive background in Harley-Davidson motorcycles gained from over 20 years experience in a local Harley-Davidson dealership. He has worked every job in a service department, finishing his dealership career as Director of Service Operations. You think that’s impressive? Check this out—Paul also did a 5 year stint as the Harley-Davidson instructor at Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, where he spent the last 3 years as the Chief Harley-Davidson Instructor! He also has professional drag racing experience—as driver, mechanic and crew chief. (Stop in and check out some of his pictures and awards!). Paul knows every aspect of the business and is dedicated to providing each customer with exceptional service.
It doesn’t matter if you ride a brand new bike 100 miles a year or ride a 1976 Sportster 10,000 miles a year, Paul and the staff of Twin Hills Iron will help you keep your bike in top shape!
